Christmas Sadness: 'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Fight Leads To Nathan Not Seeing Son!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still in the middle of a custody battle with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith after, according to him, she won't let their son Kaiser stay with his dad. With Christmas coming up, the MTV star may not be able to see his son for the holiday.

"St. Nick is going to pay him a visit with a bag of toys," the reality dad told Radar Online. "[If Jenelle] lets me see him, which at this point I cannot control. I'm still trying my hardest to be in his life."

As MStars News reported, the North Carolina mom may be looking at prison time because she has decided to go have a jury trial for her assault incident against Nathan's girlfriend Jessica Henry. As many fans remember, Jenelle threw a glass at Jessica's head in her own driveway.

"Long story short, she'll let me see him if I get Jessi to drop the charges," Nathan said.

While it may seem the military dad isn't there for his son, he says that couldn't be farther from the truth.

"I have anxiety every day wondering if he's ok," he told the gossip site. "There are times I feel like I can't go on because he is not with me. It's killing me not being with him."

"Does Jenelle care about that?" he went on. "Of course not! It's just really disappointing to see a child wonder, 'Where's daddy?'"

Recent pictures on Facebook led to many, including Jenelle, to think Nathan had gotten engaged after posting photos with Jessica wearing a ring on her ring finger. However, he denied that right away.

"I'm not engaged," he told Radar  previously. "I don't want to get engaged again for a long time."

"I was looking at that as well and I can see how that can be misconstrued, but we're not engaged," he continued. "I would make sure everyone in the universe would know if we got engaged."
