The former first daughter and current NBC correspondent Chelsea Clinton has an impressive new New York City apartment.
The apartment, directly across from New York's Madison Square Park in the Flatiron district of Manhattan, set Clinton back a cool $10.5 million dollars.
According to the New York Post, Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky spotted the 5,000 sq. ft. apartment while strolling through the area.
What do they get for $10.5 million, you ask? Here's a rundown:
Mortgage payments on the new digs are estimated in the $52,000/month range.
Clinton's famous family, Bill and Hilary, have already given the apartment the once-over and even posed with workers in the building
Clinton and Mezvinsky are expected to put their starter pad, a $4 million apartment on Fifth Avenue in the Grand Madison. That nearby apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a doorman. It also boasts great views of Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building and the Clock Tower.
Clinton has been with Mezvinsky since 2005. The couple became engaged over Thanksgiving weekend in 2009 and were married in 2010 in an ultra-exclusive ceremony in Rhinebeck, New York.
