Is 'OITNB' Star Ruby Rose's New Girlfriend Halsey Following Breakup with Fiance?

Orange is the New Black star Ruby Rose has been spotted out with another short-haired beauty. Rose has been seen running around with singer/songwriter Halsey, Page Six reports. Could this be her new girlfriend? Hopefully her new fling is not a rebound because it was recently reported that she and her fiancé, Phoebe Dahl, broke their two-year engagement off.

The Australian native took Justin Beiber's singing partner, Halsey, to screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Monday afternoon in Hollywood, according to TMZ. Before watching the movie they went to dinner at a popular restaurant, Katsuya, Daily Mail reports.

If you're not too familiar with Halsey, her beautiful voice can be found on Bieiber's new song, "The Feeling."

The DJ-turned-actress and Halsey have been spotted together before. Australian Network News reported that Rose shared a photo with Halsey expressing an interest in her:

Halsey shared the same photo with sharing a similar sentiment about Rose. The publication quotes her with, "Well this beautiful thing certainly turned my morning around," including a heart emoji. They appear to be in great awe of one another.

It appears as though The Biebs may have played a huge role in them hooking up. He is close friends of both of them and possible could have played match maker, the publication reports.

Weeks prior, Rose took to social media to express her emotions about her and her fiancé splitting.

Maybe she should have kept that just between the two of them? Regardless, it is positive to see that people are seeing their growth. After all, just because you split from someone does not mean that you cannot be friends; it could just mean that you have outgrown them romantically.
