Bobbi Kristina Brown's Townhouse For Sale: See The Details

 Bobbi Kristina Brown tragically died on July 26, 2015 surrounded by her family, at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia. Her sudden death after battling a seven month coma still shocks everyone until now, but what's more shocking is that her place where she overdosed in has been put on the market.

Brown's Georgia home is reportedly being listed for $469,000, which is a good deal for the size and location. The price is such a steal considering it was previously owned by a celebrity.

The townhouse contains three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool and tennis court along with other amenities.

There were major renovations done to the townhouse, it reportedly looked clean and modern and there was no sign that an unfortunate event happened on that place less than a year ago.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's 22-year-old daughter fought for her life for months before passing away, she was found unresponsive in the bathtub  on January 31 in the bathtub of her Atlanta home. In June, she was transferred to hospice care after her condition continued to deteriorate.

Pat Houston said in a statement  at the time. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers," Pat, who is married to Whitney Houston's brother Gary, said. "She is in God's hands now."

Bobbi Kristina Brown's passing comes a little more than three years after her mother's death. The legendary singer ironically drowned in the bathtub the day before the 2012 Grammys.
