Is Donald Trump leading the Republican Party as the 2016 election draws nearer? You bet. Is he a wee bit radical? Yes, according to a former KKK Grand Wizard. But is he a great advocate for women? Well... apparently so. That is if you ask his daughter, Ivanka Trump, of course.
Even despite those seemingly "sexist" remarks the GOP frontrunner has made in the past, his daughter is fully sticking by his side and claiming that he is "one of the great advocates for women." Moreover, she calls him "a great example" for her throughout her entire life.
Just for the record, she's talking about this guy:
Anyway, the candidate's daughter's comments came while interviewing with Town & Country for their February cover story. Trump, the offspring, calls her father "highly gender-neutral" when it comes to criticizing others. Which is something many people have disagreed with in the last few months. In fact, Trump's comments towards Fox News host Megyn Kelly, fellow GOP candidate Carly Fiorina and current Democratic hopeful Hillary Clinton were taken as rather sexist.
Adding to that, some of Trump's remarks even before his presidential announcement could be taken as rather misogynistic. For example, that time he told former Playboy playmate Brande Roderick that her dropping to her knees would be a "pretty picture" on The Celebrity Apprentice was, well, odd.
See for yourself:
Oh boy...
Luckily Piers Morgan helped creep up the moment.
Still, Ivanka maintains that she herself would not be where she is had it not been for her father.
