Vanessa Marcil Divorce Finalized: Former '90210' Actress Officially Split From 'CSI: NY' Actor Carmine Giovinazzo [PHOTO]

Vanessa Marcil and Carmine Giovinazzo were married in 2010, filed for divorce last summer citing "irreconcilable differences," and have now just finalized the official separation and end of their marriage. This comes just two months after Giovinazzo was arrested for a DUI back in January. The couple shared a infant clothing company called "Baby Gagoo," of which Marcil is now the soul owner. They have no children together. Marcil did have a previous relationship with Brian Austin Green (also from "90210"), which produced their son Kassius. Green is now married to Megan Fox and the two have a new baby boy, Noah Shannon.

According to TMZ, Marcil and Carmine's divorce ended with their assets split in the following way:

 ... Vanessa gets the 2009 Chevy Silverado, their L.A. property, a bunch of bank accounts ...

Carmine gets the mother lode -- a 2002 Mercedes CLK, his 2006 Harley, his 2010 Triumph motorcycle, the 1969 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Ducati, 2011 Chevy Camaro ... plus a bunch of bank accounts and other boring stuff.

Giovinazzo's DUI arrest made headlines earlier this year for a pretty pleasant reason. According to the arresting officers, the "CSI: NY" star was very cooperative and apologetic during the ordeal, despite having a blood alcohol level of twice the legal limit. The actor was pulled over in Arizona and told officers he was lost. These officers noticed he looked and smelled drunk so he fessed up and was taken in. Giovinazzo had two passengers in his car. According to the police officer, "[He] thanked me many times for not treating him like a criminal and showing him respect."
