E! The Royals S02E08 Be All My Sins Remembered Elizabeth Hurley/Helena Alexandra Park Recap

E! continues Season 2 of The Royals. In Episode 8, are Queen Helena Henstridge (Elizabeth Hurley) and Princess Eleanor Henstridge (Alexandra Park) ready for Be All My Sins Remembered?

The Duchess (Joan Collins) wakes up Elizabeth, who finds herself fin bed with Cyrus (Jake Maskall).  Cyrus is worried about Violet, thinking she has been kidnapped. Suffering from his drug addiction, Cyrus mistakes Helena for Violet. Helena offers her advice,that Violet needs her space, but Cyrus doesn't remember telling her abut the engagement ring.

Eleanor lies on her bed , feeling sorry for herself as Cyrus sinks deeper into drugs and alcohol. High and boozed up, Cyrus holds a sword to Helena's throat. The Duchess saves Helena and knocks out Cyrus with a vase. This is how Cyrus ended up In Helena's bed.

Eleanor wakes up and feds her bodyguard, Hill, cleaning up  her room. Jasper has given up the jewelry that Mandy/Samantha stole from her. With a photo in hand, Liam (William Moseley)  wants to find out if his mother is indeed a murderer. With Cyrus knocked out, Eleanor shows Helena the photo of her and Dominique, but the mother only tells her lies.

As Pryce deals with his own ghosts, Eleanor and Liam realize they have to confront their supposedly murderous mother. Liam gets a knock at his door and hides the photo. Pryce and Liam have a talk about Dominique Stewart; they have to seek out the truth from Helena. Is Pryce using Liam to cover up his own crimes.

Liam and Eleanor confront their mother, asking if she killed Dominique. The Duchess confesses she actually killed Dominique. All worth it, The Duchess admits to poisoning Dominique's horse, which caused her to fall off. Helena terms up sees the sad faces of her children, and asks for their forgiveness.

The Duchess tells Helena to keep her eye on the prize; Cyrus may die from heartbreak. Helena warns if something happens to Violet, it's on her. Eleanor and Liam overhear the two arguing, wondering if they should end the monarchy. Pryce tells Cyrus he found Violet's car and the engagement; she may have left on purpose. 

Liam confronts Cyrus about Dominique Stewart, but he doesn't know about anything. Cyrus believes the royalty has been built on blood, thinking Violet has been killed. Liam faces his mother, wondering what she got out of it. Helena believes Dominique's family is responsible for his father's murder, but Liam accuses his grandmother.

Eleanor gets a visit from Hill, discovering a secret from his past. Hill adopted his brother's daughter after he passed away.  Liam wants to meet with Dominique's brother to say he is sorry. As Liam goes on camera, Helena promises to take down the Duchess. Cyrus knows the Duchess poisoned Violet, and that he has married the maid he impregnated. 

Eleanor knows Helena has sacrificed so much, never asking for sympathy. Queens get their hearts broken too. At least, mother and daughter had a good day. Pryce takes out the recording device he hid in the flowers. For the love of England, Liam believes in his father's dreams as his statement goes online.
