Chris Brown Reportedly Plans to Sue Woman Who Accused Him of Hitting Her in the Face

Just when things seems to be on the up and up for Chris Brown with his new album Royalty dominating the charts, he gets disturbing news. The singer, who is trying his best to stay out of legal problems, can't seem to catch a break. News has been circulating that a woman is claiming that the 26-year-old singer assaulted her and the "Liquor" singer has decided to fight back. It is being reported that the singer is making moves to sue his accuser, who claims he hit her in the face.

According to TMZ, Brown has had enough of all the false claims being said about him.  Liziane Gutierrez is coming after the singer for claiming that he punched her in the eye at a Las Vegas hotel. Gutierrez filed a police report detailing the incident as well as talking to others about the alleged assault. Instead of taking things lying down, the singer is looking to clear his name with a defamation suit against Gutierrez.

In order to clean house, the 26-year-old is taking things a step further. The site also reports that the singer plans to cut people off especially those who seem to always invite random women to party with him.

Brown has not had any easy time dealing with the consequences of the domestic violence incident with former girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. Since then, the singer has taken a stand against domestic violence and has taken steps to move on from the situation.

The interesting thing about all of this is that Gutierrez has a history of going after celebrities. She went after singer Jason Derulo claiming that he tried to do inappropriate things with her friends who left a party they were all invited to.

Perhaps the best thing for the 26-year-old to do at this point is to watch the company he keeps.
