We've already seen the stars dance and skate on ABC, and tonight we will watch them dive in the network's newest celeb-reality TV show, "Splash," which premieres on the network March 19th at 8pm.

Before watching the first pair get eliminated on tonight's Dancing with the Stars first results show at 9pm, tune into the "Splash" debut where "ten celebrities will train and compete in regulation platform and springboard diving at dizzying heights in front of a weekly poolside audience," as its website states. Find out which 5 of the 10 contestants will will face their fears tonight as they "flip, twist and spin into the depths of the pool below."

After weeks of training with professional divers and being mentored by the world's most decorated and medaled diving legend, Greg Louganis, the contestants are ready to jump in. The random assortment of "stars" in the new series include include basketball icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, comic Louie Anderson, actor Drake Bell ("Drake & Josh"), "Chelsea Lately" sidekick Chuy Bravo and extreme skier Rory Bushfield. Also competing are actresses Nicole Eggert ("Baywatch") and Keshia Knight Pulliam ("The Cosby Show"), Detroit Lions defenseman Ndamukong Suh, reality show star Kendra Wilkinson, and Miss Alabama USA 2012 Katherine Webb.

In ABC's new elimination-style show, each week the celebrities' dives will be critiqued by two judges, London Olympic U.S. Gold medalist David Boudia and Australian Olympic athlete and USA Dive Team director Steve Foley, notes Newsweek. The two with the lowest scores will go head to head in a dive-off to determine who will be the first contestant sent home. The first five will dive in tonight while the remaining five celebrities will wait to make their pool debut next week.

Former teen heartthrob Joey Lawrence will co-host with sportscaster Charissa Thompson on the new reality show that puts celebrities out on a 10-meter-high diving board, challenging them to complete synchronized stunts, flips, twists and spins, as the competition gets tougher each week.

Newsweek notes that in January, Fox tried to air a celebrity diving special that "tanked," but hopefully ABC will have better luck with"Splash." It is from Eyeworks USA and is based on the Breakout hit and Dutch format, "Celebrity Splash." The series is executive-produced by JD Roth, Todd A. Nelson, Brant Pinvidic and Josh Greenberg.

Contestants like Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson seem to be both excited and nervous to spring off the highdive:

"Good mornin everyone. It's time for me to get wet and go deep. ;)" she recently tweeted.

A few days prior to that tweet, the reality star posted "I'm so nervous I'm shaking, palms are sweating, about to puke. All for less than 3 seconds. #Splash @SplashABC."

Will "Splash" be the new wave of reality or just a giant belly-flop? We'll soon find out...
