Rilo Kiley is not be making any new music as band so instead they will release an archival compilation of previously unreleased tracks entitled rkives. This album will be put out by "Little Record Company," which is a label run by bassist Pierre DeReeder. The first track off of rkives is "Let Me Back In," which was originally only played as encores at shows and originally titled "I Love L.A." Rilo Kiley shared the music video for this new track, comprised of tour footage from the band and fans over the years. It is worth it just to see a young Jenny Lewis before she became a fashion icon.

Besides rkives coming out next month, Jenny Lewis will be a part of the Postal Service Reunion tour as a band member, recently composed the score to the film Very Good Girls, and has a solo album in the works.

To promote rkives and the rare, unreleased tracks along with it, Rilo Kiley's website is currently streaming an instrumental version of their song "And That's How I Choose To Remember It" off of their album The Execution of All Things. Also on rkives is a remix of the song "Dejalo" off of their album Under The Black Light, which features rapper Too $hort.
