Season 20 of The Bachelor may have just hit the airwaves, but as 25 lucky ladies are hoping to find love with Ben Higgins, it is another gal from the series who's has gotten our attention today.
Nikki Ferrell, winner of Juan Pablo Galavis' season of the ABC matchmaking series, has gotten engaged -- and it isn't to Galavis!
Ferrell has said yes to boyfriend Tyler Vanloo, and longtime host Chris Harrison couldn't help but react to the happy news last night.
Ferrell revealed the news on her Instagram account shortly before Higgins' season premiere, and it was all anyone could talk about -- including Bachelor Live host, Chris Harrison.
According to Us Weekly, Harrison used the first broadcast of the aftershow to talk about the news that one of the former contestants of the show had found love. The 44-year-old host, who has been with The Bachelor since the beginning, took a pause from recapping the premiere episode to give Ferrell a shout out, while taking a light dig at Juan Pablo.
'Nikki Ferrell is engaged," Harrison said on the show. "She finally got the engagement she always dreamed of."
Ferrell posted a photo of Vanloo presenting her with a ring on social media.
"And on the last day of vacation this happened!" the star wrote on the picture, according to PEOPLE. "I can't wait to marry my best friend. Over the moon happy right now!"

The news site also reported that Ferrell kept many of her fans updated over the holidays, as she posted pictures of herself and Vanloo enjoying the Colorado ski slopes.
As for her former relationship with Galavis, Ferrell said that at the time of the split that despite their best try, it just didn't work out.
"It just ended because of a difference of lifestyle. There was a point we said we love each other, like in a normal relationship. ... We gave it a good try, but we're two different people."
