Keri Russell is reportedly pregnant with Matthew Rhys' baby, her co-star on the FX spy drama The Americans. The 39-year-old former Felicity lead and 41-year-old Welsh actor attempted to play coy about their relationship, but it is obvious now they are very much together. Russell is already the mother of two children with her ex-husband Shane Deary.
Us Weekly reports that Russell is already more than four months along in her pregnancy, adding that "It's so exciting for them." She has been photographed wearing baggy clothing recently, apparently trying to cover her growing baby bump.
This will be the third child for Russell, who has two children – son River, 8, and 4-year-old daughter Willa – with her ex-husband.
Russell and Deary split after 7 years of marriage, finalizing their divorce in 2013.
There were rumors that the actress' romance with Rhys could have played a role in her split with her husband. The co-stars were reportedly spending time together off the set of The Americans at that time.
Rhys has never married and this will be the first child for the Welsh actor.
Russell and Rhys started working together on The Americans in 2012 and the series premiered in 2013.
The couple are currently filming the fourth season of the FX show, which will premiere in March.
Russell, who was filming the comedy Austenland while pregnant with her daughter Willa, previously said she loves being pregnant because she loved feeling "voluptuous".
Russell told USA Today at that time, "It was great to be pregnant since the boobs were just getting bigger and bigger which was just fine for the part. It's the only time in my life. And there were some scenes where they were dominant.
"I absolutely loved being voluptuous. That's not a word that I have ever had anyone describe me as – voluptuous. And I will never be voluptuous except when I'm pregnant. It was amazing."
