Lil Wayne Seizure: Hospital Visitors and Twitter Fans Overwhelm Weezy With Love After Release

Last week, Lil Wayne suffered seizures after what many reports have suggested to be a drug overdose and had to live at the hospital Intensive Care Unit for about 5 days. He was finally released on March 19th, 2013 and was flooded with relief and messages love from Twitter fans and netizens. He was also very lucky to have many famous visitors stop by his Cedars Sinai Medical Center room from Nicki Minaj to basketball player Chris Paul.

When news first came out that Lil Wayne was found unconscious and had to be hospitalized AGAIN on Friday March 15th, the internet swarmed with false death reports. Thankfully, those rumors can be put to rest now that the rapper has showed himself to the public again.

After being released from the hospital, Lil Wayne took to his twitter to share his heartfelt gratitude to the people who stood by his side.

From his Twitter handler @LilTunechi, he wrote, "I'm feeling a lot better and again thk u all for ur love and prayers. It was truly felt...pause"

He was also enjoying a game after being back home.

"Watching Highly Questionable on ESPN2 & Papi got me kry'n laughing in dis b!t[#," he tweeted.

Here are some of the heart warming messages of love that sprung from the social networks wishing Lil Wayne a healthy future.

"Im really happy to hear Lil Wayne is doin better. Sincerely. Hes a legend." wrote Scott Mescudi, which was retweeted over 2,000 times.
