Kate Middleton might be 5 months pregnant, but that has yet to stop her from her formal engagement duties like today's visit to Baker Street with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip to celebrate 150 years of the London Underground. The Queen was last seen last week when she signed the Commonwealth's new charter. Last year when the royal trio visited the Tube for the Diamond Jubilee tour, Kate sported an attractive, tight belt around her waist. For obvious reasons she opted out of a belt but still looked glamorous as always in a teal and black outfit.

The Duchess and her grandparents-in-law were greeted by applause as they toured the station and were shown around some cars. Queen Elizabeth's health has been a concern for her followers, but she appeared well today as she greeted the crowd and toured the Underground. They were greeted by three senior transport figures: commissioner of Transport for London Sir Peter Hendy, London Underground's managing director Mike Brown and chief operating officer Howard Collins.

While touring the Underground, Kate Middleton admitted that she missed the Tube, saying, "I used to travel on the tube on a regular basis." She then watched with her grandfather-in-law as the Queen unveiled a plaque, naming a new train in the Queen's honor.

Just like any other pregnant woman on using the London Underground, Kate received a "Baby on Board" badge. Howard Collins recounted a conversation he had with the Duchess, saying: "Kate said 'Oh yes, I've seen this before'. She used to travel on the Tube so she probably saw them then. She asked me 'How do they work?' and I said they're fantastic; they really do make a difference - saves men the embarrassment of having to guess if a woman is pregnant. She asked so many great questions of the staff and seemed really interested in our work."

Kate said of the badge: "I'll make sure I wear it at home."

Rumors are spreading about the name and sex of Kate and William's baby. Though there have been no official announcements, Kate says she is hoping for a son while her husband wants a daughter.
