'RHOA' Castmember Phaedra Parks Explains Todd Tucker Payout

Real Housewives of Atlanta has seen its share of drama from every cast member. Southern bell Phaedra Parks has found herself in a payout scandal with her castmate, Todd Tucker. He claims he finished her 2013 pregnancy workout tape, so why has Parks refused to pay him his money?

In her latest Bravo blog post, Parks reveals she has not paid Tucker because he has not produced a commercially acceptable and finished product, The Shade Room reports.

If you remember, Tucker and Parks sat down in her office to discuss the unresolved payment issue on the last episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. They both appeared to walk away happy from the situation and Parks cut a check for half of the final payment. However, in her confessional interview, Parks had some very shady words to say about Tucker's livelihood.

Parks claims the push on Tucker's end for the final payment is only because his L.A. ventures have dried up. She even went as far as to say that her ex-best friend, Kandi Burress, and the wife of Tucker, was supposedly giving him a weekly allowance, Rolling Out reports. Not only did she insult his financial situation, if there even is one, but she attacked his manhood as well by saying he is not able to take care of himself.

Burress caught wind of the bashing confessional and voiced her thoughts on Parks' word choice via Instagram.

Rolling Out quotes Burress, "Todd sent final invoice emails but there was just excuses and no payment. I told him not to worry about it and give her time. But now years have passed. You know how it is when you have a friend who owes you money but they come around you with new S*it all the time but never mentions your money... That's why he was irritated."

It looks like the friendship between Parks and Burress is officially over. Hopefully the pay can be resolved and there is some hope in saving their friendship.
