Gia Allemand, the former reality television star featured on "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love" and "Bachelor Pad," died of an apparent suicide this week. Her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, allegedly found the 29-year-old who had hanged herself at home. Anderson immediately called the emergency services but it was too late. Reports claims that Allemand suffered from insecurities and that her relationship with Anderson was on the rocks. 27-year-old pop sensation, Carly Rae Jepsen, will be performing a secret concert on October 3 in conjunction with the anti-bullying campaign "#UniteLIVE." Partnering with USA Networks and R&R Partners Foundation's youth anti-bullying organization Flip the Script and Cox Communications, "#UniteLIVE: The Concert to Rock Out Bullying" is set to take place at a yet-to-be-disclosed location as part of 2013's National Bullying Prevention Month. In a new interview with BBC News, documentarian Morgan Spurlock explained the reasoning behind his decision to make a One Direction concert film that also focused on the singers' lives outside of their boy band. Known for his ventures to prove a point and going against major corporations, Spurlock didn't seem like someone who would work with Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan. "Glee" star Cory Monteith died of an overdose last month, but he had a couple of films completed before his untimely death. One of them, which will end up being his final movie, is a dramatic cop drama McCanick with Monteith playing a dangerous drug addict on the run in his final role. Though only the trailer and a synopsis have been released, it looks like Cory was about to launch his career into more serious roles as opposed to his more family-friendly projects.
