Video game development studio Techland had a huge success recently with the release of Dying Light, but this week the company had to announce some sad news about its other project, the "dark fantasy" FPP title Hellraid. According to the company, we won't be seeing any new gameplay or even get a release date announcement because it has officially been cancelled. After thousands of cheaters were banned from H1Z1 gameplay this week by Daybreak Games, the company's president, John Smedley took to Reddit to share an update on this situation. According to Smedley, the nearly 25,000 gamers have the opportunity to publicly apologize for cheating by sending in a public YouTube video to the company. So far, only three of the thousands apologizing have been unbanned, but Smedley is sharing these videos on Twitter, which is pretty entertaining. Read More »
Gearbox Software, the developer behind the popular Borderlands video game series, has announced that its highly anticipated new title, Battleborn will be revealed at the 2015 E3 Conference. We can also expect a lot from the new title, which is published by Take-Two, including gameplay footage and in-game details about the cooperative multiplayer video game.
