The 19-year-old daughter of Yolanda Foster made headlines earlier this week when a blog reported that she was snorting something off a table at an event. According to Radar Online, the starlet, a model for Pink, was hosting Victoria's Secret's Pink Spring Break in Miami earlier this month with her Aussie hunk of a boyfriend Cody Simpson.
