Bruce Jenner Waiting to Become Woman

In recent weeks, "Keeping up with the Kardashians" has devoted a two part special to Bruce Jenner titled "About Bruce." In it, Jenner talks about his transition from male to female and how he'll be waiting to proceed with the full feminine switch. During a conversation with Kim, Kourtney, Kendall, Khloe and Kylie, Jenner told his children that they will "know" the change is complete once they see it.
