The 2016 Oscars nominations have come under lots of steam as this year marks the second year in a row that not one single person of color has made the cut. This is the first time in nearly 10 years the entire slate of nominees is White. Black Twitter as well as several Black celebrities are speaking out against the lack of diversity.
