A rather disturbing Facebook video recently caused quite a stir on the web, when 15-year-old Giovanna Plowman posted a recording of herself sucking and chewing on her own used bloody tampon. Thousands of Facebook and Twitter users responded... several disturbed, some offended, and others just simply amused. 19-year-old Nickelodeon starlet Ariana Grande decided to speak up and voice her opinion on the grossly "entertaining" video, tweeting "Giovanna Plowman. Girl what is wrong witchu." A Twitter account allegedly associated with the infamous "Tampon Girl" responded, leading to a heated cyber feud over what exactly constitutes "fame."
