Did Arrow Film Olicity Kiss for Season 2 Finale?

The Season 2 finale of the CW's Arrow featured a moment that made many of the show's 'shippers squeal with delight when Oliver told Felicity that he truly loved her. Unfortunately, it was all a ploy designed to get Felicity close enough to Slade in order to stop the villain.
