Arrow Season 2 Deleted Scene Details on Harley Quinn's Appearance

Batman villain Harley Quinn appeared briefly in Season 2, Episode 16 of Arrow entitled "Suicide Squad" when a female voice emerged from one of the containment cells. We never actually saw the person who said it, but producers and star Stephen Amell have since confirmed that it was indeed Harley Quinn.
