Previous reports of the next Assassin's Creed video game title have been officially confirmed this week thanks to the reveal and gameplay walkthrough trailers released by Ubisoft. Though we called it "Victory" for quite some time, the new title is Syndicate, and is set in England during the Victorian era, in 1868. Though earlier reports claimed at late 2015 release date, we can get our hands on this new gameplay on October 23, 2015 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. After months of thinking that the next Assassin's Creed game from Ubisoft would get the title "Victory," we've learned this week that 2015 will see Syndicate as the newest installment of the popular video game franchise. This title news and release date information came a day ahead of schedule, as we previously reported that May 12, 2015 would hold some gameplay information. We even got to see the leaked teaser trailer serving as the new game's announcement preview, marking this year's holiday season for a launch.
