Longtime Conan O'Brien Writer Leaving for 'Late Show with Stephen Colbert'

If you've watched each and every variation of Conan O'Brien over the years, including Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, and finally, CONAN, then you know exactly who Brian Stack is. If not by name, then undoubtedly by face and talent. The longtime writer has been with the famed comedian for 18 years, starting way back when Late Night was getting off the ground at NBC. And now, it's being reported that Stack is leaving O'Brien and heading back to New York to work on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Stack announced his Team Coco departure earlier today on Twitter, with his TBS co-worker, and fellow CONAN writer, Andrés du Bouchet, confirming later on Twitter that he's heading to The Late Show.
