Apparently, "Anger Management" actor Charlie Sheen believes that his ex-wife Brooke Mueller is an "unfit" mother for the couple's four-year-old twins, Bob and Max. On Friday (November 1), Sheen went on an epic Twitter rant slamming Mueller and the Department of Child and Family Services.
