Casey Kasem Passes Away On Father's Day

Sad Father's Day news for all radio listeners, Kasem has just passed ago at the age of 82 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington. The radio host, who was born Kemal Amin Kasem started his career in 1952, before launching his "American Top 40" countdown in 1970. His reign on the show lasted from 1970- 1988 before launching a revival in 1998 which he was part of for six years before handing it over to Ryan Seacrest, who still hosts it today. Read More »
