Actor and Singer, David Cassidy Charged with DUI Again; Will the Star Go to Jail this Time?

Actor and singer, David Cassidy has just been booked and charged with one count of a DUI from alcohol. According to TMZ, the L.A. City Attorney's office charged the star for the Jan. 10th arrest when police reported he made an illegal right turn. Alcohol was on the 63-year-olds breath, and he also failed a field sobriety test.
