Don't mess with Halle Berry's family! "MStars News" has learned that Berry's husband, Olivier Martinez, has been charged with battery after he was involved in a fight at LAX. According to the Gossip Cop, Berry and her family, her husband Olivier, their son Maceo and her daughter Nahla were in the airport and getting into an SUV when the fight erupted. The site revealed that Martinez, Berry, Maceo and Nahla were trying to make their way through the crowd of paparazzi along with their assitant. The police revealed that the family “required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos.” Berry's husband, Martinez, was walking out with an empty child’s car seat and then “shoved it against the contract airport employee, causing him to fall backwards,” the police described, adding, “The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.” The employee who was pushed to the ground later filed a battery report against Berry's French husband. "Orange Is the New Black" star Taryn Manning is slamming the rumors that were made Wednesday, Nov. 19, that she was arrested for making criminal threats against her old friend. In a new tweet, now deleted, the actress wrote: "There are no charges against me. This is just further harassment. It is troubling that the system can be used to abuse the actual victim." Manning, 36, also added: "Oh! That's what happened huh? Id say get the ALL the facts correct before any posting @TMZ or tell the whole story. Let's get it right!" With all the rape and sex allegations against America's favorite TV dad, you'd hope one of his victim's wasn't his TV granddaughter Raven-Symoné. After reports surfaced and made headlines that Bill Cosby raped women, including actress Janice Dickinson, the Internet went wild alleging that Symoné also made such claims. Sites like the "International Business Times" and others reported that Symoné filed charges against her former childhood granddad after the allegations started from the site hiphophangover.com, but it seems the story is false. The site reported: "Another rape allegation has surfaced against famed comedian and actor Bill Cosby. This time it is from a familiar face, which speculates that there may be some truth to Cosby’s sketchy past. "Actress and singer Raven-Symoné, who rose to fame with Cosby in the hit television sitcom The Cosby Show, revealed to the TMZ offices that she, too, had been raped and drugged years ago following the show's last episode. T"here are whispers that Cosby wouldn’t allow Raven-Symoné in the production of the last season of his show, but abruptly changed his mind. It was never revealed what changed his original intentions. "Her lawyer gave an announcement to the press. Here is an excerpt: “'… we among so many others are tired of the media worshipping and praising a man that has a past so terrible that it is unbelievable. My client (Raven-Symoné) is also ready to tell her side of the story — a side that was kept quiet because of threats from being blackballed.
