Chelsea Houska's Dad Speaks on Daughter's Engagement

Chelsea Houska's dad is speaking on his daughter's engagement and wrote some words that everyone may want to take into consideration. Randy Houska told the Teen Mom star, "Do not settle," after her boyfriend, Cole DeBoer proposed to her sometime this week. But the South Dakota dentist wasn't being mean when he said that.
