Toplessness and Christian-inspired tattoos are obviously just two things that don't fly in the Middle East, but we're willing to bet that there's a pretty good chance that when designing the cover for his album Purpose, Justin Bieber didn't expect that the cover photo alone would be enough to get him a thumbs down from multiple Middle Eastern countries.
