Earlier this week, Cloud Imperium Games, the studio of developers behind the long-in-development video game Star Citizen, earned some great praise from fans after announcing that refunds are available for backers of the project. The studio has been working on the game since a Kickstarter was started in 2012, but many are mad that nothing has been announced yet. In fact, one former backer named Derek Smart has this week threated legal action against the company unless they announce a release date and explain what's been taking so long. Star Citizen is one of the most anticipated video games in recent history, mainly because the project was started in 2012 and is still in the works.
