Britney Spears was spotted going out for lunch with her new boyfriend on Thursday. The 31-year-old Spears and 27-year-old David Lucado were seen out and about enjoying themselves and looking happy. The couple have not been spotted together often. The first time they were seen out in public together was on Valentine's Day when they went for a golf and sushi date.
