Momma Dee had a wild weekend! MStars News has learned that the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star was arrested in Milwaukee, Wis. for a "dine & dash." According to Us Magazine, Lil Scrappy's mother actually smiled for the camera in her mugshot.
