Considering Steven Moffat is the showrunner for two very popular niche genre TV series in Britain, it's hard not to compare the two - especially considering the leads he writes for. With Sherlock and Doctor Who on his resume and Benedict Cumberbatch and Peter Capaldi starring in these shows respectfully, are there any obvious parallels between the characters?
