Don't mess with Halle Berry's family! "MStars News" has learned that Berry's husband, Olivier Martinez, has been charged with battery after he was involved in a fight at LAX. According to the Gossip Cop, Berry and her family, her husband Olivier, their son Maceo and her daughter Nahla were in the airport and getting into an SUV when the fight erupted. The site revealed that Martinez, Berry, Maceo and Nahla were trying to make their way through the crowd of paparazzi along with their assitant. The police revealed that the family “required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos.” Berry's husband, Martinez, was walking out with an empty child’s car seat and then “shoved it against the contract airport employee, causing him to fall backwards,” the police described, adding, “The employee received treatment on scene and was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.” The employee who was pushed to the ground later filed a battery report against Berry's French husband. Is Vivica A. Fox a cougar? Word on the street is that the 50-year-old is dating "One on One" star Robert Ri'Chard. According to Hello Beautiful, Fox met Ri'Chard while on the set of "Chocolate City" where Ri'chard plays the character named Devin, a college student who's also a stripper, and Fox plays his mother! From the looks of the photo above, it appears the two have some chemistry. Just look at the grip Ri'Chard has on Vivica's leg. Chicago Bulls player Derrick Rose made a bold statement when he rocked an "I Can't Breathe" shirt during Saturday, Dec. 6's warm-up against the Golden State Warriors. According to "Sports Illustrated," the black shirt was in support of Eric Garner, the African-American man who died when placed in a chokehold by a white police officer in NYC over the summer. Protests have been happening across the country ever since another jury reached the decision not to indict NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo for causing Garner's death. Though many officers were involved in the struggle with Garner, Pantaleo was the officer who put a chokehold on Garner while trying to arrest him for selling untaxed cigarettes. "I can't breathe" were the words you could hear Garner clearly yelling during the time of his arrest. Garner's death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner's office, sending out chaos from protesters after a jury saw different. Stedman Bailey, Tavon Austin, Jared Cook, Chris Givens and Kenny Britt protested before a game with their "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" gesture that has been seen in Ferguson, Missouri, and across the nation for months now, and in recent weeks after a grand jury decided not to indict Officer Darren Wilson after he shot unarmed, 18-year-old Michael Brown in August. One celebrity who decided to show support of Eric Garner was Kylie Jenner. Looks like Khloé Kardashian has been warned! "MStars News" has learned that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was asked by her family members to leave her new beau French Montana alone after big sis Kim Kardashian West suspected him of cheating during a trip to Dubai. According to "Hollywood Life," the Kardashian clan had a heart-to-heart with Khloé during the Thanksgiving break and told her to basically cut all ties with the rapper. Khloé's family thinks that while in Dubai, French was having fun with another lady and used Kim Kardashian for cover. If you take a look at Montana's Instagram, he was seen with Kim in a few snapshots, but after that it seems the rapper was MIA. Did Bow Bow really throw shade at the Rev. Al Sharpton as he spoke for the Brown family during a press conference's after Monday, Nov. 24's grand jury decision? "MStars News" previously reported that the officer who shot and killed unarmed Michael Brown, 18, will not be charged in his death. On Monday the city of Ferguson was filled with chaos, as streets were on fire, shots were fired and looting of businesses erupted as the prosecutor, Robert P. McCulloch, announced their would be "no indictment" against Officer Darren Wilson, 28. During last night's news conference, McCulloch said: "The duty of the grand jury is to separate fact and fiction," he said to the shocked nation. "No probable cause exists to file any charges against Darren Wilson." Now everyone, including celebrities, are talking about the "#FergusonDecision," and some of the tweets and comments are troubling. We learned that Bow Wow joked about Sharpton's words, as he said on Facebook: "Here go rev al sharpton's ass.. I wonder if he gone promote his Slickback Grease?
