Following a recent video posted by Chicago's Gangster Disciples - where members of the infamous street gang warn musician Rick Ross to cut a check for GD found Larry Hoover pronto, or else - the "God Forgives I Don't" rapper ended up canceling the remaining dates on a U.S. tour with his Maybach Music Group. Although reps for Ross insist the upcoming concerts were cancelled due to "apparent lack of organization and communication on the part of the tour promoter," many reports allege that the popular MC was forced to terminate the tour because of the recent gang death threats. Even so, it appears that the "You the Boss" rapper isn't afraid of the gang members and their threatening talk - during a recent radio interview, not only did Ross touch on the subject of the GDs and how their threats don't mean a thing, he also talks about a recent run-in with fellow rapper Young Jeezy at the BET Awards.
