Public Enemy's infamous front man Flavor Flav was all smiles meeting the fun and funky Gwen Stefani backstage at Friday's iHeartRadio music festival. The only problem - Flav was actually speaking and snapping pics with pop star Miley Cyrus. Maybe Cyrus' new platinum blonde do' is what got the hip-hop mogul so confused?
