Chiwetel Ejiofor is an easy Oscar contender thanks to his powerful performance in this year's 12 Years a Slave, so it might not come as a surprise that the actor was spotted waiting to meet with director J.J. Star Wars: Episode VII just hit a bit of a snag this week with writer Michael Arndt pulling out of the project. Luckily, the film's director J.J. Abrams has stepped in to finish the script with Empire Strikes Back co-writer Lawrence Kasdan.
