Topshop celebrated its new 5th Avenue flagship store opening last night (Nov. 4) in Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall. Beyonce, Cara Delevingne, Lionel Richie, Paris Hilton, Ciara, Jessie J and Hailee Steinfeld among others were there to celebrate Topshop's new, 40,000-square-foot flagship at 49th St. and 5th Avenue.
