According to a new rumor, recently arrested international pop star Justin Bieber is reportedly thinking of taking a break from music and changing career paths for a bit. Allegedly, the "All That Matters" singer told his insanely named manager, Scooter Braun, that he wants to open up a tattoo parlor with his father, Jeremy.
