Fans of ABC's Grey's Anatomy were left in shock after watching last week's episode, "Old Time Rock and Roll." At the end of the episode, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) opened her front door to welcome Callie (Sara Ramirez) and her new girlfriend to a dinner party that she was hosting. In a surprising twist, Callie's new girlfriend Penny (Samantha Sloyan) was an all too familiar face.
