The foursome attended the annual TrevorLive event that was held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles over the weekend. People has confirmed the news, saying that some of Accola's costars and bestie attended the nuptials, including Kayla Ewell, Michael Trevino, Kat Graham, Claire Holt and Paul Wesley.
