There's about to be another Duggar baby in the world, as "19 Kids & Counting" stars Josh Duggar and his wife Anna Duggar have just revealed that they're indeed pregnant with their fourth child. The reality stars, son and daughter-in-law to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, already have three kids — Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus — but they're about to add another "M" name to their growing family soon.
