Katie Holmes will be taking on the role of turkey duty this Thanksgiving for the first time, the 35-year-old actress told "The Late Show with David Letterman" Tuesday, Nov. 11. "I'm very excited because I'm the baby of five, and I've been using that for a long time," she told Letterman of getting out of certain duties, being the youngest.
