Tineesha Lashun Howard, 'Person of Interest' in Las Vegas Shooting, Rapper Kenny Clutch Killing: Gunman Ammar Harris Identified, Search Continues

Reports confirm that Nevada police have named 22-year-old Tineesha Lashun Howard as a "person of interest" in the tragic Las Vegas drive-by shooting and violent car crash that killed aspiring rapper Kenny Clutch on Thursday (Feb. 21).
