Eddie Redmayne is Transgender Artist Lili Elbe in 'Danish Girl' Movie Trailer

Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne (The Theory of Everything) stars in director Tom Hooper's The Danish Girl as artist Lili Elbe, a transgender pioneer that somehow got lost in history. This week, we were treated to the first trailer for the highly anticipated movie, which has a release date set for November 27, 2015. Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.) costars as Gerda Wegener, the wife of Einar Wegener who becomes Lili after one of the first sexual reconstructive surgeries.
