The majority of the most memorable scenes in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" involved Adam Driver’s temperamental Kylo Ren, who delivered a major shocker 15 minutes into the film by killing Lor San Tikka (Max von Sydow) and murdering his own father, Han Solo (Harrison Ford), near the end of the movie. But there is little doubt that Kylo’s most meme-tastic moments were his temper tantrums throughout Episode VII.
