Kelly Rowland's mother, Mrs. Doris Flora Rowland Garrison, was laid to rest on Saturday, Dec 6, in Decatur, Georgia, which was the same day that "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Todd Tucker, said goodbye to his mother.
