A trial date has been set for February of 2014 for assault and battery charges issued against Bieber. Following his split from Selena Gomez and alleged "smoking weed" photos going viral on the web, pop star Justin Bieber finds himself in some hot water again. According to reports, the Biebs' former bodyguard (Moshe Benabou) is currently suing the "Boyfriend" crooner for a whopping $421,261 in unpaid wages and unspecified damages. According to Benabou, the duo got into a verbal dispute backstage at a concert back in October, which resulted in Bieber "repeatedly punching" Benabou and firing him on the spot. Read More »
